Overview

BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Fairborn, OH. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: $70,000-$101,000  

• Annual Salary: $70,000-$77,000 

• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000(depending on start date and location)
