Must reside within driving distance of Richmond, Indiana.

Total Care ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to join our dynamic in-center team in Richmond, Indiana. We also offer hybrid positions for those seeking greater flexibility. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
