Responsibilities

• Develop and implement culturally sensitive programs and services that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our Asian resident population

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that respects the cultural values and traditions of our Asian residents

• Design and deliver educational programs, workshops, and activities that promote cultural awareness, understanding, and inclusivity

• Establish and maintain relationships with local Asian community organizations, cultural centers, and healthcare providers to ensure access to resources and support services

• Conduct cultural assessments and provide recommendations for cultural competence training and education

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our programs and services meet the needs of our diverse resident population

• Represent Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation in local and national forums, advocating for the needs of our Asian resident population and promoting cultural diversity and inclusion in healthcare
