Business Transformation Specialist

The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans.General ResponsibilitiesDesign and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantageConduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goalsOversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes. This includes managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfullyFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentumManage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROIConduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as neededExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experienceMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers#LI-JL1 #LI-HybridBase Salary Range: $144,880.00 - $199,210.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
