DevOps Deployment Architect

Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders

Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality

Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications

Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements

Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.

Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols

Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects

Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs

Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Expertise in designing scalable architectures, selecting technology stacks, and crafting innovative solutions.

Hands‑on experience in robust development and coding standards.

Dedication to quality through thorough testing and debugging.

Hands on experience in DevSecOps consulting including tools, processes & ability to design scalable CI/CD architectures, migrating from legacy DevSecOps tools to modernized DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, UDeploy, Harness, Bamboo etc.).

Proven experience in end to end CI/CD delivery, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, OPA based policies and AI driven pipeline automation.

Prior experience in large scale CI/CD modernization or migration projects (e.g., Good understanding of FinOps / cloud cost governance using CCM.

Experience in pre sales, solutioning, customer workshops, and technical proposal creation.

Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Harness certifications (Nice to have).

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
