Housing Stability Advocate | Tenant Support & Subsidies

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Housing Coordinator as part of the ACCS Integrated Teams to support Persons in attaining and maintaining stable, affordable housing in the community. You will educate staff and Persons on tenancy rights and resources, assist with subsidies, and work with Persons to secure housing that meets their needs, teaching skills to maintain housing, while serving as a key contact for landlords and housing authorities to advocate for clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr SilkRoad
