Receptionist

ReceptionistTrillium Staffing is seeking a Receptionist in Morton, IL!The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling a high-volume support queue. This position is responsible for answering inbound calls, identifying customer needs, gathering accurate information, documenting interactions, and creating support tickets for specialized support teams.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and energetic phone presence, and the ability to stay organized while handling 100 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment.The Receptionist position is a 1st shift position, 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $19–$28/hour, based on experience. This position is full time, temp-to-hire.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to learn and navigate computer systems, company resources, and knowledge bases.Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing systems.Strong organizational and time management skills.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
