Were seeking a male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a thoughtful and reserved adult male who enjoys staying active and engaged in his community. This is a rewarding, community-based role focused on:
- Supporting participation in local volunteering opportunities
- Encouraging confidence-building and independence
- Assisting with recreational outings and social engagement
Strong American Sign Language (ASL) skills are essential for effective communication and connection in this role. Schedule (Consistent & Predictable):
Tuesday Friday
11:00 AM 2:15 PM
Total: 12 hours per week
Ideal Candidate:
- Male DSP (based on participant preference)
- Fluent or highly proficient in ASL
- Patient, dependable, and community-oriented
- Enjoys supporting others in achieving personal goals
- Values respect, consistency, and meaningful engagement
