As an Enhanced Support Partner , you’ll work one-on-one with a person with disabilities, empowering independence and inclusion in their home and community. Your role will include:

• Community Engagement – Help create meaningful connections and experiences.
• Daily Living Support – Assist with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational activities.
• Advocacy – Be an ally for the individual and their family, supporting full civil rights of the person supported

• Location: Northeast Philadelphia
• Schedule: Part-time
• Hours: Tuesday and Thursday: 8AM-5PM

• Assist with participation in all aspects of community life
• Support with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide lifting assistance
• Feeding and administering medication via G-Tube
• Assist with transportation in the community
• Support physical activity in a swimming pool (waist-high water)

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work or Gerontology OR be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Candidates who are NADD certified (National Association for the Dually Diagnosed) or are willing to be NADD certified will also be considered!
• 18 years of age or older
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated AND Boosted prior to employment
• Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a physical disability is preferred
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be bilingual, English/Spanish (preferred, not required)
• Have a great sense of humor
• Have a calm demeanor, even in challenging times
