About the Opportunity Stripes Logistics is a growing Texas-based transportation company seeking experienced and motivated Hotshot & Auto Hauling Owner Operators for Regional and Over-the-Road (OTR) freight. Responsibilities Transport LTL freight and vehicles using 3/4 or 1-ton trucks with gooseneck trailers. Safely load, secure, and deliver freight. Maintain strong communication with dispatch. Coordinate loads to maximize weekly revenue. Perform daily inspections and monitor fluid levels, tires, and safety equipment. Handle basic operator-level repairs when necessary. Follow FMCSA and DOT regulations. Maintain safe operating practices. Owner Operator Requirements Equipment: 3/4 Ton or 1 Ton Truck. 1 car or 35’–40’ Gooseneck Trailer. Equipment must be well-maintained and pass inspection. Licensing: Valid Driver's License (CDL or Non-CDL accepted). Driving Record: No moving violations in the last 3 years. No at-fault accidents within the last 5 years. No DWI/DUI in the last 7 years. Compliance: Must pass background screening. Must pass drug test. Experience: Trailer hauling experience required. Experience with vehicle transport or LTL freight preferred. Compensation Average Gross Revenue: $2,500 – $6,500 per week. Availability and time on the road. Loads completed. Route efficiency.
