Non-CDL Rail Terminal Driver

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for an entry‑level Hostler Driver / Ground Person at the Union Pacific Dallas Railyard in Wilmer, TX. On‑the‑job training will be provided; no experience required. You will be an employee of Pacific Rail Services and not an employee of the railroad. Must pass a 7‑year background check (no felonies in past 7 years or jail time in last 5 years). Must pass a drug test and a physical capabilities test. No GED or diploma required. No CDL required. Responsibilities Drive a jockey truck moving 53 ft trailers, containers, and chassis around the yard. Perform groundperson duties: climbing on and off railcars, locking/unlocking tracks, putting in/taking out inner box connectors (ICBs). Assist packer operators in loading/unloading equipment using hand signals. Assist in stacking/unstacking chassis and loading/unloading chassis racks. Other assigned duties.
