What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Base rate of $20.00 – $25.00/hour depending on experience.
Keep 100% of Your Tips: Top drivers earn an extra $200 – $500+ per week in cash tips.

Key Responsibilities
Safe Driving: Operate 16ft to 26ft box trucks safely in residential neighborhoods and tight city environments .
Crew Leadership: Guide a team of 1–3 movers on-site to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently .
Client Service: Act as the primary face of the company, conducting walkthroughs with clients and managing paperwork.
Heavy Lifting: Load, unload, wrap, and unpack heavy furniture, appliances, and specialty items (up to 75+ lbs).
Truck Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
Job Requirements
Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random testing to maintain a safe workspace.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience driving commercial box trucks, delivery vehicles, or moving trucks.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old for company insurance purposes.
Physical Fitness: High physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
