Licensed Health Plan Advisor (Multiple Positions)

Pay: $24-27 per hour PLUS commission

Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Grand Prairie, Texas

Contract Dates: August 2026–January  2027

Employment Type: Contract with potential Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Our client is seeking experienced, licensed insurance professionals for a remote Licensed Health Plan Advisor position. In this role, you will work with existing members to help retain their health coverage, recommend appropriate plan options, and support enrollment and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist existing members with health plan questions and coverage options

- Recommend plans based on member needs

- Support enrollment, retention, and renewal efforts

- Provide professional and accurate customer service

- Explain plan details clearly and confidently

- Maintain required documentation and follow established procedures

Requirements:
- Active Life and Health Insurance License

- Must reside within 50 miles of Grand Prairie, Texas

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or a call center environment preferred

- Must be available to work an eight-hour shift scheduled between 10AM and 9PM EST time
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment
