MSAD #53 is a PK-8 district with 3 buildings - Warsaw Middle School (5-8) with 270 students, Vickery School (1-4) with 232 students and Manson Park School (PK-K) with 94 students. Responsibilities The Director of Operations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all district owned and operated facilities and the creation of a safe and efficient work environment for all students, faculty and staff. The Director of Operations would be responsible for hiring, supervising and evaluating custodial and maintenance staff. Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, and/or a minimum of five years experience in the field of facilities management or equivalent. Strong technology skills are required. Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full time position with excellent health benefits, paid sick/personal days and paid vacation.
