Open Call - Back Servers

Chef  ANDREW CARMELLINI and the NoHo Hospitality Team are seeking dedicated, passionate  Team Members to join us in our partnership with Shinola, running the food and beverage for the world's first Shinola Hotel in Detroit.

We are hiring  Backservers. We are holding an  Open Call at the following location and times:

Date:  Thursday, August 13th & Friday, August 14th
Time: 2pm to 4pm
Where: 19 E Grand River Ave, Parkers Aly, Detroit, MI 48226

Inspired by the spirit and piazzas of southern Italy and Sicily,  San Morello is Chef Andrew Carmellini's urban Italian neighborhood restaurant in downtown Detroit serving authentic, wood-fired dishes, pizzas and housemade pastas using local, seasonal ingredients.

Ideal candidates possess:
*Warmth and graciousness; The ability to function highly in a busy environment.
*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge; Micros POS experience a plus.
*Great communication skills.
*Ability to manage a large and busy section in a popular restaurant.
*Create stellar guest experiences.
*Previous experience required
*Well-versed in and able to sell our list of wine and spirits.
