Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver telehealth clinical psychotherapy services to clients, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with interns and trainees to guide their development, ensuring adherence to documentation protocols required by universities and the Board of Workers' Compensation.

• Facilitate and lead training workshops aimed at enhancing the interns' skills and knowledge base concerning evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Maintain accurate and compliant records within the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring data is up-to-date and reflective of client interactions.
\n
• Provide crisis consultation and support to clients both in-person and via remote communication based on client needs.
\n
• Participate in the comprehensive evaluation and monitoring of intern caseloads and performance to uphold quality service delivery.
\n
• Engage actively in audit processes to ensure clinical documentation is compliant with agency policies and funding requirements.

• Develop and complete analytical reports and program documentation as directed by the program director to track outcomes and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, children, and families in a detox setting, facing emotional and social difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Must be currently residing in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
