Desktop Support TechnicianAgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team.Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. This hands-on role requires physical activity, including setting up and moving desktops, laptops, and other hardware. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Move and set up IT equipment, including desktops, monitors, and peripherals, as needed.Respond to service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.Support user account management, including password resets and access requests.Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and rollouts.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work environment in IT support areas.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely (up to 40 lbs).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCP) are a plus.About AgreeYa: AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering a competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
