Patient ratios and caseloads are structured to balance productivity expectations with quality of care, and the facility strives to maintain reasonable workloads that support thorough, individualized therapy. The environment is designed to be clinician-friendly, with therapy spaces and equipment that facilitate both restorative and maintenance programs.
