Lead Creative Production: Oversee creative execution from pre-production through post-production (in-house and external partners) Drive 360° Campaign Excellence: Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director and Brand Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns Create Performance-Minded Work: Lead concepting for paid media deliverables with a strong understanding of engagement and conversion best practices Lead & Execute: Step in to execute hands‑on design work as needed while maintaining high quality and attention to detail Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research competitive brands and evolving digital trends Perks you will enjoy! BA in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, or related field 3–6 years experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or digitally focused brand environment Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite programs Experience on set/in-studio environment Experience with Microsoft Office, Figma/Sketch, and project management tools Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and digital design (Print experience preferred) Caleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
