Role Description The 10174 - Strategy Execution Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of media and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives. Day-to-day activities include coordinating campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and providing analytical insights to improve effectiveness. The supervisor collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to optimize media plans and resource allocation. This role also involves preparing reports, communicating strategy updates to stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in execution processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to develop, execute, and optimize media campaigns. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, or media/advertising environments is beneficial. Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, media analytics platforms) is preferred.
