Role Overview: This PRN Radiologic Technologist performs computed tomographic (CT) procedures to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries, following radiologist protocols. Responsibilities include patient preparation and positioning, administering contrast media, monitoring during procedures, and adhering to radiation safety guidelines. The role requires performing at least three specialized procedures such as biopsies, TAVR, coronary, or ablation work. Qualifications & Skills: Completion of a Radiology Technology program and ARRT-R certification, with ARRT-CT within 12 months. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. No prior experience necessary, but candidates must meet physical demands such as standing, lifting, and frequent movement. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and patient care is essential. Key Duties: Patient positioning, contrast media administration, protocol monitoring, safety compliance, and performing various CT procedures. Additional duties include equipment operation, patient observation, and documentation.
