The OpportunityThis position works out of our Plymouth, MN location for our Electrophysiology medical device business. In Client's Electrophysiology (EP) business, we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.What You'll Work OnAs a Maintenance Technician II you will play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your responsibilities will include:Performing preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, including repairs, installations, modifications, and safety checks on production equipmentDocumenting maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Troubleshooting and repairing a broad range of industrial production equipmentMaintaining, tracking, and supporting inventory for equipment and related componentsWorking with tools such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, gauge pins, and other precision instrumentsReading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematicsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment performanceUtilizing systems and software including Microsoft Office, SAP, Windchill, and Infor EAM (CMMS)Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required) 2+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or automation environment Hands-on experience with industrial electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment Strong understanding of maintenance terminology, tools, and processes Ability to follow verbal and written procedures with accuracy Basic computer proficiency and experience working with maintenance software systemsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
