Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well across all levels of an organization, and takes ownership of the full AR cycle — from invoicing through cash application and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Process billings in a timely mannerSupport billing activities and deliver invoices via customer web portalsReview invoices for accuracy and compliance with applicable contracts, guidelines, and regulationsMaintain regular communication with internal and external business partners/clients regarding past-due paymentsPerform timely and accurate cash application of customer paymentsMaintain daily invoice logs and subledger recordsMaintain and monitor accounts receivable agingBuild and sustain professional relationships with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environmentSupport broader AR department functions, including the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audits, and special projects as needed
