We are seeking someone that preferably has familiarity with production coordination, ideally in the construction industry, and is a self-starter with a great work ethic, but we are equally happy to train the right candidate with a background outside of production coordination. Schedule Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. OR 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsible To Production Manager Job Summary Project coordinators are the driving force behind the success of New Bath Today’s day-to-day operation. Working with their project managers, they ensure the coordination of resources and information is distributed effectively while organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time. Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute job packets per project
• Manage installer and installation schedule
• Schedule and confirm all projects with homeowner and installer
• Resolve scheduling conflicts
• Review inventory levels
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Follow established company procedures, policies, and ethics

Requirements

• Inventory tracking software experience (preferred)
• Experience using Service Titan a plus
• Excellent communications skills
• Professional approach while possessing leadership characteristics
• Display the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective customer service skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
