SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR immediately. Location & Schedule Location: Market Coffee – 925 Seneca Street, Seattle, WA 98101. Schedule: Full‑time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay Fixed Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers, and disciplining employees who do not meet performance standards. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring and developing employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous leadership experience required. Disclosure: Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
