From launching new processes and implementing lean manufacturing strategies to optimizing layouts and solving real-time production challenges, your work will directly impact our success.We’re seeking someone who is energized by change, motivated by results, and excited to take ownership of projects that drive meaningful improvements across the organization.Responsibilities: Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performanceDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, tooling, and plant layoutsTroubleshoot production challenges and implement sustainable corrective actionsPartner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teamsSupport new product launches, process development, equipment implementation, and documentationAnalyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for operational excellenceDrive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction and continuous improvementSupport capital equipment projects from concept through implementationImprove manufacturing efficiency through innovative problem-solving and process optimizationMaintain and update 2D CAD plant layouts and manufacturing documentationHelp create safer, smarter, and more efficient manufacturing operationsWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou are naturally curious and enjoy figuring out how things work — and how to make them betterYou thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments where no two days are the sameYou are resourceful, proactive, and motivated to take initiativeYou enjoy collaborating with teams and influencing positive changeYou combine technical knowledge with hands-on executionYou embrace continuous improvement and have a passion for operational excellenceMinimum Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field3–5 years of Process Engineering experience, preferably within automotive manufacturingExperience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCADStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, materials, and production workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesWhy Motus?At Motus, your ideas matter.
