Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Owning and scaling the systems and processes that drive go-to-market efforts, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will manage the marketing tech stack, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and support the marketing automation platform and its Salesforce integration, ensuring compliance and functionality Lead complex projects related to marketing systems, including audits, troubleshooting, and implementation of new tools Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, support campaign execution, and enhance data governance protocols Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or technology Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot or Marketo preferred) and Salesforce integration Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional systems projects from inception to completion Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting Experience with account-based marketing programs and implementing AI tools for workflow automation
