Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary A respected legal services organization in Tampa, FL is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals for direct hire opportunities supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing cases from intake through trial and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Litigation Paralegal will join a supportive legal team where paralegal expertise is valued and strong case management makes a direct impact. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, hearings, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, affidavits, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and discovery responses. Manage discovery, including document review, organization, indexing, production, and coordination with litigation support tools. Prepare exhibits, witness files, deposition summaries, trial notebooks, and electronic and physical case files. File documents electronically with Florida State Courts and U.S. District Courts. Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, experts, court personnel, vendors, and other case stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Schedule: Hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after successful completion of a 90-day onboarding period. Location: Tampa, FL, 1511 N. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607.
