Identifies errors and takes immediate action for corrections, as evidenced by the EMR and PACS systems as well as the Radiology Information Systems reports./liliParticipates in department/hospital performance improvement initiatives, in-services and meetings, as evidenced by attendance records./liliPerform additional duties as assigned./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of radiography./liliCertification: ulliMust be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist upon start./liliMust obtain CT Certification one year upon acceptance of the offer./liliBasic Life Support from the American Heart Association upon start./li/ul/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPrior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or Computed Tomography Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment, preferred./li/ulpAbout Inova Health System/pulliWe are Inova, Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
