Sales Associate II

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Sales Associate II in Denver to provide advanced clinical and technical support to surgeons and sales teams across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. This role combines case coverage, account management, mentoring, and product expertise to drive territory growth and surgeon satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Attend sales meetings and build strong relationships with key surgeons to drive product knowledge and case coverage
- Support sales team by gathering competitive intelligence, identifying customer needs, and identifying upselling or cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate surgical schedules, template cases, and manage implant and instrument inventory and billing
- Deliver clinical education and product training to surgeons and healthcare staff with problem-solving focus
- Mentor clinical specialist team members and serve as lead clinical resource for key accounts
Requirements
- Associate's degree, medical certification, or equivalent education and experience
- 1–3 years of orthopedic clinical support or medical device sales experience
- Clinical and technical expertise in orthopedic procedures, instruments, implants, and OR protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to carry weights up to 50 lbs and willing to travel up to 50%
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Professionalism, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork orientation
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base
