Crestline Nursing Center is now hiring LPNs for Second Shift, 3pm-11pm, 8 hour shifts for Full-Time who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. We are a 30-bed facility located in Crestline, OH. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:
- Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
- Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
- Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
- Any other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:
- Must have an active Certification as an LPN
- Experience preferred, not required
