About the Role

Sourcix is looking for our Founding Account Executive (our first US sales hire) to spearhead our commercial expansion in the American market. This is a critical role that goes beyond closing opportunities: you will help establish our first repeatable US sales motion, messaging, and pipeline structure.

Working directly with our executive and product teams in Israel, you will establish our boots-on-the-ground presence, validate market messaging, build a qualified pipeline from scratch, and close impactful deals across hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Ownership (Initial Stage): In the first stage, this is a true full-cycle role. The Founding AE will perform outbound prospecting as well as closing. As pipeline volume grows, SOURCIX plans to add SDR support so the AE can focus increasingly on discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Target Audience Engagement: Pitch and sell directly to technical and operational personas, including Mechanical Engineers, Heads of Procurement, and Supply Chain Executives.
• Field and Event Selling: Represent SOURCIX at selected US trade shows, customer sites, and industry events. This includes preparing target-account meetings in advance and executing structured follow-up campaigns afterward.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the Israel-based founding and engineering teams to relay market feedback, streamline operations, and refine product positioning for the US market.
• Playbook Development: Help define our early sales processes, ICP messaging, and outreach cadence to set the foundation for future sales team expansion.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (prospecting, demoing, and closing) within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
• Domain Expertise & Technical Fluency: Proven track record selling technical or operational solutions to relevant personas (Mechanical/Hardware Engineers, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing leaders) within the hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain industries. Proven ability to fluently discuss and navigate complex custom mechanical parts and manufacturing workflows with technical buyers.
• Industry Background (Nice-to-Have): Prior experience in a B2B digital platform or marketplace within the manufacturing/hardware space (e.g., on-demand manufacturing platforms) is a strong plus.
• First Sales Hire Mindset: Strong builder mentality with demonstrated success hunting outbound leads independently—thrives in ambiguity and autonomous environments.
• Remote Work & Accountability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain strong communication and accountability, and collaborate effectively with an Israel-based leadership and operations team across time zones.
• Willingness to Travel & Flexibility: Available for selected customer visits, trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events across the US.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; natural ability to translate technical value into business ROI.

Success Metrics / KPIs

Performance in this role will be measured across commercial activity and outcomes, including:

• Self-sourced qualified pipeline and completed qualified demos.
• Opportunities created and proposal conversion.
