This gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact while continuing to develop your expertise.As Senior Digital Procurement Specialist, you manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities within the digital domain. You advise stakeholders on commercial, contractual and strategic supplier decisions while balancing innovation, compliance, risk and cost.Your focus areas include enterprise software, SaaS solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, data and analytics platforms, AI solutions and digital services. You understand modern commercial models and can confidently challenge suppliers and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the business.You follow developments in technology and translate them into practical procurement strategies. Whether the topic is software licensing, cloud consumption, AI pricing models or supplier risk management, you know how to connect business needs with commercial value.Developing and executing sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, cloud services, AI solutions and digital services;Leading supplier selection processes, including market analysis, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and commercial evaluations;Negotiating complex commercial agreements and contract renewals;Advising stakeholders on licensing strategies, benchmarking, pricing models and contract governance;Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, standardisation and value creation;Supporting risk management activities related to cybersecurity, data protection and digital suppliers;Monitoring market developments and emerging technologies to improve procurement outcomes.You combine procurement expertise with a strong interest in technology. You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and feel comfortable discussing both commercial and technical topics.You also bring:At least 5 years of relevant procurement or commercial experience;Experience in IT, digital, software, cloud or technology sourcing;Experience managing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and supplier selection processes;Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills;Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS agreements and cloud commercial models;Professional communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a strong advantage;Currently living in the Netherlands;A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent working and thinking level.You do not need to meet every requirement to apply.
