- Serve at the front desk as the welcoming face of the practice
- Answer high-volume phone calls with professionalism and care
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule appointments
- Manage EHR workflow and other basic office tasks
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable and professional demeanor
- Prior office or customer service experience a plus, not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Full-time position, weekday hours
- Supportive team environment
- Hands-on medical office experience (required)
