Dental Receptionist
(Temp-to-Hire)

Hours:

• Monday – Friday 7:15a – 4:15p

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors professionally, managing patient check-in/out, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring a positive overall experience
• Coordinating and optimizing the daily appointment calendar, sending reminders, resolving conflicts, and preparing daily call lists for doctors
• Researching insurance benefits, estimating treatment costs, presenting financial options, processing payments, and maintaining signed payment agreements
• Updating patient demographic and insurance data, verifying completed HIPAA forms, and organizing daily charts for clinical staff
• Answering incoming calls, routing messages, preparing medical correspondence, and using office software to transmit key documents
• Working cooperatively with staff, maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA, handling stressful situations calmly, and communicating clearly

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dental reception experience (1+ years)
• Technical computer skills
• EMR experience

Compensation:

• $22-28/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
