Duties:
- Answer calls
- Complete insurance verifications
- Basic intakes and scheduling
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish to communicate with our Spanish speaking clients
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Preferred billing coding experience
- Behavioral health experience
- Multi-tasking
- Team player
- Professional attitude
- Time Management
Compensation directly related to years of experience

Schedule:
- 11-8 (5 days a week), and 1 Saturday a month with following Monday off

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
