The Front Desk Agent is responsible for monitoring access to the property, verifying visitors, assisting residents, observing surveillance cameras, answering telephone calls, receiving packages, and documenting incidents and daily activities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling emergencies, complaints, or challenging situations. The primary goal is to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone on the property. Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and real estate professionals in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor the front desk, building entrances, access-control systems, and surveillance cameras. Verify visitors and contact residents before granting access. Confirm realtor credentials, appointments, and authorized property access. Issue and track visitor, vendor, contractor, and realtor passes when required. Enforce condominium rules, policies, and access-control procedures. Answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain communication with security, management, maintenance, valet, and housekeeping personnel. Receive, document, organize, and release packages according to building procedures. Monitor resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and contractor activity. Document incidents, complaints, emergencies, and unusual activity accurately. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, visitor logs, and other required paperwork. Respond appropriately to fire alarms, water leaks, elevator entrapments, medical emergencies, and other building emergencies. Notify management, security supervisors, maintenance personnel, or emergency services when required. Protect residents’ privacy and confidential building information. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality. Previous condominium, residential, hospitality, security, or customer-service experience is preferred. Familiarity with access-control systems, surveillance cameras, visitor-management systems, and incident reporting is a plus. Proficient in English; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Basic computer literacy and the ability to use email, digital logs, and property-management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to resolve concerns with a calm and customer-focused approach. Ability to follow policies, emergency procedures, and management instructions. Dependable, punctual, observant, and attentive to detail. Ability to remain professional during stressful or challenging situations.
