Customer Account Representative

Full-Time | In-Person | Cleveland, OH

We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our Cleveland team. This position works directly with customers, providing information about available services, answering questions, and assisting with account needs.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous customer-facing experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates looking to build their professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in person about available products and services

• Answer questions and provide accurate information

• Help customers understand current options and promotions

• Assist customers with new and existing account needs

• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

• Stay up to date on client services and account changes

• Work alongside team members to meet daily objectives

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, dependable, and organized

• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Willing to learn and take feedback

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
