My background includes both financial services and military service. I previously owned a brokerage business before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry and eventually returning to financial services with State Farm. I started with State Farm as an intern before ultimately opening an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Houston and its ROTC program and spent the first 10 years of my career on active duty, including flying helicopters and participating in rescue missions. Service continues to be an important part of my life. I’m involved with the Civil Air Patrol and its cadet program, the American Legion, and Texas Boys State, where I help educate young people about how our government works. I’m also passionate about supporting veterans. Our agency gives back through the Angel Tree Program and supports organizations including the Salvation Army and Rise Recovery. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Account Manager for Charles Laubach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
