Roseville Care Center is seeking a reliable, professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming multi-line telephone calls.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
• Check visitors in, maintain visitor sign-in logs, and direct guests to their destinations.
• Notify staff of visitor arrivals and cancellations.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Promptly report suspected or known privacy violations.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Please Note: This is a non-clinical position and does not include any resident care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling confidential information.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, copier/scanner/fax, and other office equipment.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
