Job Description - Supply Chain Team Leader (261941) Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. Job Number: 261941 Job Overview Supply Chain Team Leader – Portland, OR. Lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists and work closely with internal teams, customers and vendors to ensure effective supply chain management and achievement of key performance metrics. Responsibilities Lead a team of supply chain associates onsite at a customer location. Streamline, coordinate and implement new supply chain processes. Work to reduce costs by implementing continuous improvement processes. Facilitate monthly meetings with internal and external customers and build professional working relationships with customers. Exceed customers’ service expectations. Meet with suppliers to discuss performance and upcoming projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation or a related field. Two or more years of previous supply chain experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Able to work onsite at a customer facility.
