Insurance Account Representative
The Shields Agency
The Shields Agency is hiring a licensed Individual Client Services Representative to own the client experience for an individual and family health insurance book. This is a service and retention role, not a sales role, and you’ll be the go-to person our clients count on year-round, including renewals. This remote position requires an active Texas health insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly, with our support) and a proven ability to handle detail-heavy, compliance-sensitive work while #J-18808-Ljbffr
