Medical Receptionist – Zymek Cardiology
Join our friendly, patient-focused team! We are looking for a personable and dependable Medical Receptionist who enjoys helping people and treating every patient like family.
Zymek Cardiology is a small but growing medical office looking for someone who is organized, positive, hardworking, and comfortable working closely with patients, providers, and our medical team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Check patients in and out and schedule appointments
- Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments
- Obtain and follow up on prior authorizations
- Process incoming and outgoing faxes and new patient referrals
- Send prescription requests and communicate with pharmacies
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Assist with daily front-office duties and keep the office running smoothly

Compensation
$19–$23 per hour, based on experience. We do not offer any benefits at this time.
