Program/Project Manager II

*Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.* ProSync is seeking a passionateProgram/Project Manager II to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting program deliverables, project schedules, milestones, documentation, compliance, and communication. Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as: Manage project schedules, milestones, and communications. Ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff. Support risk management and performance tracking. 10+ years of project/program management experience. Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
