Facilities Coordinator

Our client is seeking a proactive and operationally-minded part time Facilities Coordinator with 4+ years of experience to drive efficiency across their workplace operations team. Located fully onsite in Washington, D.C., offering a part time schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am-5pm), this 6-9 month long contract opportunity is ideal for a professional skilled in maintaining a seamless office environment, coordinating vendor services, and managing daily facility logistics. salary: $23 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Assist service vendors. Answers, directs, and screens incoming calls as appropriate. Greets and directs employees, visitors, and vendors. Receive and sort incoming mail. Coordinates receiving and pickup of deliveries (FedEx, UPS, catering orders, etc.). Keeps accurate inventory of supplies, including those for the mailroom, kitchen, and printing areas. Places supply orders regularly to ensure proper stock. Maintains the professional appearance of the suite; ensuring tabletops, chairs and desks are clean and reset after meetings and events. Execute details for multiple internal meetings, including but not limited to arranging tables, installing proper supplies/signage when needed, and assisting I.T. with AV setups. Interfaces with the Property Management Company regarding maintenance items and building reservations. Assists the Senior Facilities Lead when it comes to fire and life safety measures and evacuations. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
