The Bay Pines VA Medical Center is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join a well-established and collegial Urology team providing exceptional care to Americas Veterans on Floridas Gulf Coast.

This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope general urology while utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a supportive, patient-centered environment with an outstanding work-life balance.

Scope of Practice General & Advanced Urology

The selected physician will deliver comprehensive urologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of:

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
\n
• Urologic malignancies (prostate, bladder, kidney)
\n
• Nephrolithiasis and stone disease
\n
• Voiding dysfunction and urinary incontinence
\n
• Hematuria and lower urinary tract symptoms
\n
• Mens health conditions
\n

Care is provided across outpatient clinics, procedural suites, and inpatient consult services, with strong multidisciplinary collaboration and support from experienced nursing staff and advanced practice providers.
