Key Responsibilities Receive registrations, child care vouchers and payments. Efficiently and timely process registrations and payments in Daxko. Collect balances due and make necessary changes to registration database keeping it up to date and current. Maintain organized file system of registration forms and other documents. Generate invoices on a regular basis and send parent information/confirmation packets, etc. Answer customer questions regarding registration, billing, and making payments. Generate reports on a regular timeline: camper enrollment, rosters, variance, group assignments, balances due, and any other requested information. Assist Camp Director to ensure phone calls are answered during office hours in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure effective message procedure. Maintain positive front-line public relations with parents and all other consumers. Help and prepare correspondence and execute mailings. Adhere to established association standards. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer skills required. Daxko experience a plus.
