Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast
BGCMCC in Paso Robles, CA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. This full-time exempt role reports to the COO and requires travel between Club sites. You will build HR processes, ensure California compliance, lead recruitment, benefits, and HRIS management to support a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
