Responsibilities include order verification, therapeutic drug monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds. You will educate patients and providers, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to ChristianaCare’s mission of compassionate, innovative, and equitable care for our diverse communities.
