Reimbursement Contract Manager

To support the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Reimbursement Contract Manager will manage commercial contracting and government programs, conduct payor contract research, and maintain resource documents while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review payor contracts for intake and reimbursement terms and fee provisions Provide analyses of contract terms to senior management and educate teams on reimbursement trends Manage and maintain all Intake and Reimbursement contract resource documents and address trending issues with Provider Relations personnel Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reimbursement/account management Significant specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience required Proficiency in Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Care reimbursement issues Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and team-building skills are essential
